My next hearing is tomorrow, 13/03/2024 . I see in the ecourts app : accused present pw1 present accused prays time request rejected as sufficient time is already granted cross of pw1 is taken as nil complainant side closed closed for statement under sec .313 statement.
What will happen next. Pls let me know . When I tried calling my lawyer. My lawyer told me to arrange a different lawyer as he is admitted in the hospital.

The court will question you about the charges framed against you and based on witnesses evidence that you admit the charges or not.
If you admit then you will be convicted otherwise you will be given opportunity to defend yourself by the evidences you may rely upon.

It appears that the eveidance is closed and now it will be for final arguments, if you want to bring further evidance or coss examin the witness then you need to file a criminal revision against the order
