Hello Experts,
I have purchased a flat in Bangalore under B-khata. Builder has legally sold G+3 total 8 flats. Builder also constructed two pent house on 4th floor(including penthouse 10 flats) and staying in One house and other left for rent. They always disagree with the association decisions. Is there any legal advise to move them out of the appartment? or locking out the penthouse
