Under leave and license agreement, who is suppose to pay security deposit on electricity bill? is it the licensee or licensor? My landlord say that we have to pay it. But the meter is in the name of the landlord. If my landlord decides to terminate the meter after our agreement expires, he is the one who will get the refund. Kindly walk me through this.
