our grand father had 1 daughter and 1 son and he obtained 8 acrs by partition with his brothers in the year 1953. after this in 1954 daughter marriage was done, After the marriage of the daughter our grandfather was purchased another 7 acrs of lands in the year 1960 and 1961 respectively. After all this our grand father died in 1971 all the properties were transfered to my fathers name by pavathi badalavane in 1977 and also my father purchased another 12 acrs with his own earnings. In april 2015 daughter of my grandfather filed a partition suit asking equal share and it was pending. Experts can guide me in this case
