Overlap between 2 companies

Hi my concerns or issue is about my overlapping between company A and company B for 13 days overlapping.

Actually I have asked and requested company A to relieve me in April month itself but no body helped me in this regards at the same time I Have signed bond and signed offer with present on April 19 but at the time I'm not aware of this consequences of overlap. But now I'm facing overlap issue with all companies when I'm joining due to this i contacted company A for help to update my relieving date and as well as epfo portal date of exit change but they are not helping me. I agree I made mistake but i have tried multiple times to get relive early in April 15 itself but manger was rude he never helped me in this matter now i have contacted company A and i have said them that I will return those days salary but even though I'm not getting help or support please me in this matter in legal how to proceed with this it's my early stage of career i need your help

I have dropped email also looping CEO but even though no response from there end.

You cannot get relieved at afternoon from a company and join at forenoon of the same day in another company. Your last workig day with the previous company cannot be the first working day with the new employer. You will be liable to give explanation for this lapse to the new employer in cse it is found in the background verification. So better inform the new employer about this in your joining report so that you are not held to have committed an offence for breach of trust or cheating with the new employer due to this lapse.

You will be considered to have cheated the company by not revealing that you are still employed by the previous company as on the date of joining the present employer, therefore you can request either of the employer to either accept your joining one day later or to relieve you one day prior and to adjust the settlement accordingly, if their law permits to do so.
