Occupancy certificate for a bmrda project

Sir / Madam,

I’m intending to buy an apartment in Volagere Kallahalli village, Sarjapur Hobli, anekal Taluk.
I would like to know, whether the panchayat issues, Occupancy Certificate for BMRDA projects.

The builder had informed that, the panchayat does not issue the Occupancy Certificate, however he says, it is an A Khata property.

Panchayat will not issue occupancy certificate, it is the concerned competent authority which will issue the same, though the property falls within the jurisdiction of the Panchayat territory.

Thank you for the swift response Mr. Kalaiselvan. Could you also let me know, which authority issues the Occupancy Certificate for a BMRDA project. Also, is there any other form of document in lieu of the Occupancy Certificate.

I have purchased a BMRDA approved apartment which is on Anekal Chandapura Road. Builder did not provide OC as he says no OC for BMRDA projects. Can any expert guide me whom we need to approach in case of OC or any NOC ???
