Can non bailable warrants be cancelled with appearance of the accused?

non bailable warrants can be recalled after appearance but us70(2) of the Cr.P.C application is necessary, without this application non bailable warrants will not be recalled, person will be sent the custody if recalling application is not filed

THERE IS ONE JUDGEMENT OF DELHI HIGH COURT , OF THE YEAR 2001,VIDE TITLE PREM CASHEW VS ....., IN WHICH IT IS CLEAR THAT APPLICATION HAS TO BE DECIDED FIRT THEN THE APPEARENCE.
