Mts mobile isp cheating public

MTS /MBLAZE / Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited AFRICAN ISP  offered customers mobile & data services in India with high features. After availing the services by the pre-paid customers need to run around them get that services are taking more than 15days get, what they offered.

I persisting experiancing this problem from past more than 2 years. Every time after recharge my MTS datacard services getting connected at 1x speed (12kpbs to 65kpbs). Actually offered 3mb speed and I paid and paying every month for 3mb speed.

Another problem is that, every complaint call is taking 15min get the customer complaint number and getting charge to customer (ex: me).

After complaint get reply after 1 week or more week. After struggling to get what offered, month end comes or expiry date comes. Again I need pay to get services.

Questions:

Why government department are idle on foreign companies.

Why can't fix this thru legally not only foreign companies including  indian companies

Please help on this and save Indian.

YOUR MODEM SEEMS HAVE TECHNICAL PROBLEM.Get repaired by them .Better change the ISP.

Of course you can demand refund from them in black & white.Deposit the letter at their relationship centre. And the receipt copy after signing by them post in this forum and other consumer affair related forum.

The company should be under the purview of TRAI.

Instead of wasting money on calls, customer may prefer to submit written complaints.

If possible all customers may unite thru web based forums to push for their interest and compliance and to get better services from company.

TRAI has advised all offices including point of sales should accept written complaints of the customers and provide complaint number.

If company reverts by phone call record the calls. If any engineer visits to check and repair obtain copy of the report on the spot.

Consumer forum is the forum to agitate.

Go thru: Consumer Handbook Mobile Phone TRAI-Handbook12, Broadband Quality of service regulations_bb_26-10, FAQ which are available at the website of TRAI.

Kumar ji is right, make a complaint give it to the company get the complaint no. Forward the same to trai and wait for the response. If trai is also not active, kindly file a complaint with consumer forum. I have heard that consumer forums do not have jurisdiction to entertain such complaints, therefore the same may be confirmed with other advocates on this forum.

Simultaneously file written complaints with  the Company as well as TRAI and wait for their positive response within  the time stipulated by you lest you can agitate all  your grievances before an appropriate consumer forum. If you wish to thank me for this reply please click the Thank you button on this forum/my profile. You can also file a criminal complaint with the police for cheating against the company.

Dear Aashish,

Consumer Forums can decide telecom cases…………….

It is felt that the judgment ‘Judgment    of  Telecom   Manager   vs   M.Krishnan’ is being misinterpreted.

Even after this judgment telecom cases have been decided by consumer forums, amongst which Vodafone is by national Commission.

The experts and members are requested to go thru various threads available at LCI:

e.g;

The following judgments and publications should be helpful.

2. It was learnt that Delhi High Court has has passed a judgment that complaints of consumers of mobile telecom companies can be lodged in consumer forums and consumer forums can decide such consumer cases. However the name of company etc is not confirmed. If any one can provide it this shall be helpful.
