Myself Female born in 1994 in a Hindu Family. My Mother expired during 2009. I lived with my father till 2012 and now living with paternal grand mother. My paternal Grand Father gifted me thro' one settlement deed one immovable property when i was minor with my father as natural guardian and it was let out and rent from that was received by my father as a natural guardian from that till 2015. From 2015 I am receiving the rent directly due to some small misunderstanding with my father
Now my question is whether i can claim the rent from my father if so from which period ? what is the legal procedure. pls let me know
