How much time will a partition suit take place in Guntur district court. My mother who was a Christian died in 1991 Intestate left her self acquired property and we want to take our right full part. Our family consists of my father(died last month), my brother(married), myself(married) and my sister(unmarried). How much share can we each get from the scheduled property? Kindly answer my query soon. Thanks

It is informed that the court will not take any time to dispose ur case. It is all of u concerned should cooperate with the court to dispose at the earliest.Regarding shares everybody get equal share in your mothers property.If your father died intestate everybody will get equal share .

each of you will get 1/4 share and since your father had died his 1/4 share will be distributed equally between his mother (if alive) and his children
