Don't let her nullify/annule the marriage on the ground of non-consummation. If she want annulment on non-consummation, file for annulment on non-consummation of marriage dut to her frigidity and let her accept it.

Since the marriage has not been consumated and your wife is "Unwilling" to consumate, you have sufficient reasons to get a divorce, even within one year of marriage. But cannot be annulled or decalred "Void"
