Marriage void

During my marriage the other party said they belongs to Reddy Caste, now she has filed false 498A, DV cases on me. Surprisingly it is found that they belongs to Munnur Kapu not belongs to reddy caste. It is evident that clear fraud. Can i go and file Marriage Void or defamation? Please advice.

no case of fraud is made out.

Instead of diverting your energy please concenretate on the defence of charges against you.

Castes among Hindus are not recognised under the Constitution except for the purpose of reservations. Hence it is doubtful that a case for caste can be made in this case.
