I am elder son of my parents and i live in a flat which was meant for me, my parents said that the flat i am living was for me 10 years before and i am living this flat last 6 years. Now they had changed their mind and had written will to my sisters which i am living. I can not object since this was purchased by him. Now they expect me to vacate from this flat as soon as possible, i want to vacate this place only after 7 months and they expect me to pay rent for my living in this flat since i had incurred some expenditure for this house from the beginning and now i want to minus these expenditure from paying rent further. Will there be any legal problem if i say i can not vacate for next 7 months. Please some one advice me I am Hindu family.
