Sir/Madam
1.This year my elder brother got married(Court Marriage) on 25 Feb 2022 and after 10 days it is noticed that bride has mental problem.
2. Also the consent of the bride is not valid in law as she was in medicated conditions.
3. Bride's mental illness was hidden by her family.
Sir/Madam, Let me know when to file petition for annulment of marriage? or any other case to be filed against the opposite party for this fraud.

The marriage has already been consumated hence it cannot be annulled, however, depending upon particular disease, your brother may seek divorce through a local prudent lawyer.

Sir,
In this case, bride always remains in dizziness condition and used to sleep at once go to bed and not interested in relation. After detecting her mental illness we decided to take her to her parents home, the bride is now living with her parents since 26.04.2022. Therefore marrige has not consumated.
