Lift amc should be beared from apartment or together with villa in a gated community?

Hello,

1) In a gated community (Villa and Apartments) together. All villa related area such as roads, street lights, gardens, compound are getting common support by all the apartment owners. Lift AMC should bear by apartment alone or villa together.

2) Villa roads, street light, garders, compound - utilising regular maintenance charges or committee amount to maintain/repair OR expecting equal share. But Apartment everything specific to aparment staircase, corrider, lights, lift AMC?

Please clarify these two questions. Thank you.

Generally the apartments are different to that of the villas.

The common expenses pertaining to areas that are commonly shared by the villas and the apartment members should should be shared by all whereas the staircase and the llifts are for exclusive use of apartment owners alone, hence it would be unjustified to charge the maintenance towards those aspects from the villa owners where they cannot use them at all hence no question of the maintenance amount charged in these to be levided on the villa owners.

The villa owners can very well object.
