Sir,
I gave my flat on leave and licence basic for the 11 month and done registration from feb-2013 to dec-2013. currently licensee is not staying in flat the flat is locked and he has gone out since from 7 months he is not communicating us when we call he put his mobile switch off mode. since from 7 months his post dated cheques is Returned for insufficient funds(bounced). one month before i send him notice to its native address but till date haven't got any reply of from him. now i want my flat to be vacate as soon as possible what should i do dose police will help me? to vacate the flat or i have to file the case in court? or any other solution for this .pls reply
