I want to know the exact legal status & difference between a VENDOR MANAGEMENT COMPANY doing service to a manufacturing company as a contractor. employed nearly 150 employees This vendor management company will comes under COMMERCIAL SHOPS & ESTABLISHMENT ACT OR FACTORIES ACT. This vendor management company is having registerd OFFICE IN MUMBAI and want to do their service in some other state , without registering the respective state for licence ?
Please advice the clear legal status of this above mentioned situation.
