Dear Sir,
Kindly give the soulution for the bellow issue in the property.
Form 1970 on wards in grama natham property in tamil nadu,a yenger person did not pay his property tax till to day.but in the patta shows he is the owner of that property.Unexpectly the elder person pay the property tax up to date in elder name to that property.Wright now who is the legal owner of the property and how and where to claim the already paid the property tax, kindly give a legal openion.
