Dear sir,
Please clarify if a stay on eviction is pending in court and property has been gifted by my mother to me what are the legal implications i have to face by taking gift? Property is of my mother's self earned and stay got by my brother on eviction case won by my mother.

Until there is a court restraint order, the transaction namely execution of gift deed by your mother on your name can be held as valid in legal terms.
