Land registered in grandfather's brother name.

In 1960's my grandfather bought a land but registered in his brother's name since he was in some financial problem. His brother promised he will give back once his finance problems were solved. Grandfather(passed away) has 1 daughter and 4 sons including my dad. All living in the same house in the property. Grandfather's brother(passed away) has 2 daughters but they are staying separately and not with us.

Now after 60 long years, we are planning to ask them to give us back the property since we all grown up and need to go out of the town for work. What are all the legal ways? Can someone help?

First of all, you have the legal documentation for this property, and with that documentation, you can bring a lawsuit. If your case is fair, the court may issue a judgement in your favour.
