We possess a piece of land which is shown as land of kaisare Hind in the CS khatian map whereas this is shown as my father's land in RS khatarn map.
The jamabandi of the land was done in 1934 by the then jamindar.The land has been in our possession (ancestors and then after in my possession) for the more than 100 years.
Recently, the Circle officer ( Revenue officer ) has filed a case against us in the office of the ADM for the cancellation of the jamabandi of land stating that the land is of kaisare hind ( Railways).
