Dear Friends,

One highly qualified working state governament officer drawing hand some salary and HRA, got intrim order for alternate accomidation in DV case, I am planning for SLP in supreme counrt, can any one help me with relavent HC judgements, can one one suggest me with good grounds that can be put.

Hi All,

Plz. find updated version with some more judgements in more structured way.

I am yet to incorporate some judgements related to Custody cases which I got from OnlyTruth in this collection but for rest of the laws this is all what I have.

Requesting all to contribute to add more citations if anyone has.
