I feel famiy court judge has colluded with the opposite party, to whom it can be complained and what is the process of complaining? The opposite party now and then just like that goes inside and comes out from the judge chamber. Judge treats me like an untouchable. Is it possible to transfer the family court to other family court within the same juridiction, what is the process of transfer.

Kumar... If what you have described is true, then it is atrocious.
Can you try to call local media or newspaper or a journalist to come and see this in court and report in their media?
Or somehow expose the Judge name and court name so that people be aware and let Judge come to know that he/she is being exposed and monitored.
I am not sure whether reporting in the bar association will help?
Can we send writtten complaint to HC or SC?
Is there an legal authority to look into complaints on Judges?
Also, see whether you can talk loudly about this possible misbehaviour in the court room itself so that Judge hears your voice?
