Hi, As per the recently passed act The municipal corporation of Haryana amendment act 2022, several sections are omitted and clauses removed which earlier made every business that is running in Haryana to obtain a Business License but after enactment is it so? I an running a Beauty Salon in Haryana, do I need to obtain a Trade license? Your responses will be very helpful and appreciated. Thanks
