The Courts in India have repeatedly held that the police have no role in civil adjudication, and therefore, the Courts should be very very cautious and vigilant not to introduce police intervention in civil adjudication in an indirect manner at the instance of clever and resourceful Plaintiffs.

You may file an application under section 151 of Cr. PC, the court has an inherent power to pass the order directing that police help should be made available provided facts of the case warrant passing of such order.
