I purchased a property on my name when i was of the age 25, but my father's sister is asking share

Hello all.

I purchased my own property of 2gunta's land and built a house, but my father's sister who is my aunt asking the share in this property as this property and house was built from money taken by the property sold by father's own earned property

Your father's sister is not an heir to your father's property. You need not give her any share.

As the property is self earned by your father and yourself then your aunty's has no right over that .

Your father's sister has no right and share in property purchased by you  so she can not claim any share or right on your property.

You are absolute owner of the property purchased in your name, your bua (aunt) has no title, claim, right, or interest in the property.
