I have recently taken up a franchise of a pre school in Meerut . Franchisors have provided me with some documents which are not complete to open up a bank account( That is what all banks have to say ).
Anyhow i havent registered a firm yet nor have i registered a society .
Can someone please tell me that which is the better way , so that i can open a bank account of my school with not much hassles .

If, the format of your business is proprietorship, ask banker about your status. Open it in the name of the school, where you are proprietor. Submit usual documents required by bank.
