How to get the notary details

How to get the notary details to the court since i have not signed in front of notary. be the document which i have been signed by me has notaried and put case on me . i have signed on paper 04-04-2011 but i has been notaried on 24-03-2011. please help me

Every notary's seal contains his name, area and registration number. In terms of Notaries Act, 1952 and Notaries Rules, 1956 a notary is required to maintain a notarial register making entry of every notarial act and taking of signature of the person concerned in the register. The Court may call upon the notary to produce that. But if you have not signed in presence of the notary then, in any event, any entry in the register, be it of whatever date, shall not bear your [original] signature, so how do you propose to use it anyways !!!
