My grandma registered property to her 3 brothers through a settlement document in 1963. Now 2 of her brothers died and 3rd brother and grandma wanted to cancel that settlement. Is it possible to cancel that registered settlement???
My grandma had no children and i relatively grandson to her.10 acres of land is there on that settlement.

What about the legal heirs of the deceased brothers of the grandma?, The settlement made on the people, accepted by them and now they are no more, therefore the property belonging to them will devolve upon their legal heirs respectively. The grandma cannot revoke or cancel the settlement now.
