Hello! Please suggest any legal remedy for the wife and the children. They were not aware of all the debts before their father has eloped. He used to hide it. They live in a rented house, no property. A wife is in a great problem, suffering a huge. She is now managing the whole family herself. The elder daughter is a college student and earns a little. Younger son is not in earning age. They were not guarantor of any debts. But, all the creditors are coming and saying they know that husband has taken all the money. Please, provide ant legal solution to stand up against this problem. 🙏
