We are done with Loak Adalat and requested the judges to move the case to court. They had given the date of Dec.3rd for hearing. Due to rain the court has not given the next date. My advocate apprached the Loak Adalat for the new date. They told that entire case bundle is misplace and they are searching for it.
Whom to aprroach and how to get the date? I am not sure that my advoacte is constantly touch with them to get the date. I am in Bangalore. It is too difficult for me. I am leaving to Chennai for Christmas, Anbody will be available in court who can issue a next hearing date for me? Please let me know as quickly as possible.
