Iam working in a pharma company since 16.12.2010 and i have resigned from my duties on 09th July.2015 and i will be relieved from this company on 09th Oct.2015. 6 Working days in a week. Whether Iam eligible for gratuity or not.

If employee has chosen to retire by resignation and has tendered notice of resignation, then employee can submit FormI (under proper acknowledgment), 30 days before expiry of notice period/LWD.
