Dear Sirs,
Recently i have been granted anticipatory bail from Patna High Court, mentioning condition that i have to pay Rs.20000/- per month in total to the lady. At present i am already paying Rs10000/- in CRPC 125 case. Can you pls guide on the below mentioned points:
1. Does High Court has the power to Grant maintenance in allowing anticipatory bail ??
2. What is the percentage chances that Supreme court sets aside the maintenance order ??
3. Does supreme court accepts these kind of cases ?
Pls guide me in the matter.
