My name is Ravi We had an property on my grandmother she died 40 years
back. On the land we built flats and my father gave me as a gift deed.
I have two sister and one brother. Now my brother has gone to court saying
he also wants a share of the flats. I would appreciate if you can advise me on
this. Does my brother has any legal rights.

as the property was your mothers self acquired and after her death the property is inherited by your father it means children had reliquished their right over the property that time so your father was free to made gift ,need to know whole story to give you exact advise.fel fre eto call.
