Sir My self PRADEEP SHAW. I FILIED A DIVORCE CASE IN 2014 . NOW I WANT TO MAKE QOME AMENDMENT LIKE ADD SOMETHING WHICH HAPPEN AFTER FILLING DIVORCE. SOME DATE COREECTION ETC ETC. Application U/o 6 Rule 17 CPC has no specific format you have to clarify the court that it will not change the nature of the pleadings and as why you want to change the dates and more facts to be incorporated and what is the relevance.

It needs drafting.
