we have a shop in shoping complex. before one year complex owner sold the terrace of building.
and the buyer is raising two floors on it.
before 17 years when shoping complex was under construction there was only upto first floor permission in our city.
is it possible for new terrice buyer to raise first, second and third floor?
also he has extended the terrace by putting pillars outside.
can it be legal?
