According to question you have asked it could easily held that you are the second husband of that widow lady...as what made you to ask such question.
A women is no more financialy supported when she is remarried,once married to other man her ties and responsibilities goes to him.
Here,she has been employed on regular basis on compensatory ground thats why she is enjoying her salary but pension is no more to her due to her remarriage.If she do forge or fraud she would be liable for punishment and penality.
