YESYOUCANWIN (PUBLIC SERVANT)     25 October 2013

False information in affidavits in writs

CAN A PUBLIC SERVANT WITH OR WITHOUT ULTERIOR MOTIVE, SUBMIT A FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT HIS /HER DESIGNATION OR DATE OF TRANSFER ETC.,  IN THE AFFIDAVIT TO A WRIT PETITION, TO BE FILED IN A HIGH COURT? AND WHEN THE WRIT WAS DISMISSED ON NON-PROSECUTION BY THE PUBLIC SERVANT.

WHAT TYPE ACTION CAN BE INITIATED ON THE PUBLIC SERVANT ?  WHAT TYPE OF ACTION CAN BE INITIATED AGAINST THE LAWYER? (WHO MISLEAD) (GENUINE LAWYER FRIENDS> I BEG YOUR PARDON)

WILL THIS TYPE OF GIVING FALSIFIED INFORMATION IN A HIGH COURT HELP AGAINST  THE PUBLIC SERVANT IN DEPICTING THE CHARECTER, IN FUTURE?

PLEASE CLARIFY

You prosecute Public servant under Section 199 I.P.C.  Refer 1997 (3) S.C.C. Supreme court judgement.
