18 months back , a gal filed a case against me undr sec 354 and 354a and 354d by some false allegations. I gt arrested also and gt bail after 20 days. Since then opposite party didnt turned up for any action and enquiry.
IO didnt filed CS yet. He said he didnt found anything against me and from last 1 year he is giving us assurance not to worry. But on other hand he is also not filing either CS or any closure report for the case.
Earlier he supported that Gal but from second day of the case, gal and her whole family was missing.
This pending CS is creating problem in my professional career. As i lost my last job due to this case and judge told me not to leave this state till the end of the case. Now i m getting calls and job offers from diff states and zones where i m nt able to join due to conditions by the court.
Plz help me and guide how to close this case Asap with positive side.
