Hello Experts,
I have a flat in Pune. My neighbour has built a sliding window in the drain shaft outside by bathroom, for his own use, so that he can store his unwanted trash.
This sliding window has block sunlight and fresh air to my flat, as the bathroom window is the only window always open.
Under what section of the Maharashtra cooperative act, or any other act, that i should explore legal redressal?
