one of the Employee (women) got the letter from the goverment organisation after 3 months she left the Job .
This organisation was recognised in 2009 by the ap government as SERP.
Stating : As per the Rule 10 (1) she has to pay the 3 months Salary to the organisation for not giving the 3 months Prior notice for Resignation.
so now my question is :
1) In how many days the Organisation has to respond for the Resignation?
2)Is there any time limit for the organisation to take action on the Employee for not giving the Prior notice for Resignation?
