D side ear Nm/

You may kindly see weather employee has retained any dues / moveable properties of company in that case you may iniate proceedings of criminal breach of trust as employee, you should serve notice from your side letter for settlement of dues etc. of company and claim 90 days salary loss as damages. But Your Mgmt will incur cost of such litigations if so then go ahead.
