A Nursing Home is running as a partnership firm by two partners. The 'nature of business' in the deed states
"That the firm shall be carrying on and continue the business of nursing home. The business may however, be extended to any other new line or lines of business venture or undertaking as may be mutually agreed upon from time to time by the partners and all such activities shall also be governed by this indenture of partnership."
Can the partners apply for Drug license of New Pharmacy Unit of nursing home in same same premises with the same partnership deed OR they need to form a new partnership deed for Medicine Shop ?
