An application u/o 22 rule 4 CPC ought to file within 90 days from D.O.D of respondent & its remedy for setting aside the abatement of appeal is available u/o 22 rule 9 CPC within 60 days. |  |
But DV act is governed by Cr.P.C . so can 22 rule 4 CPC is applicable.??????
