If this is personal (own) property at that time he gift this property to his grandson. At the time of registration documents are needed as per below -
Plan Pass copy of property, Tax bill, NoC, No due Certificate, Share Certificate (If society or association), Photograph of property, PAN card of both person, B.U Permission, N.A Order, etc... documents r needed.

its in bmp limits,its revenue land,and its self aquired by my grand father,but he hasnt paid taxes from the time of registration 1970,can i get the gift and pay the tax.
