What is the problem, is there something seriously wrong on either of the side?, when did you get married?, why is she against you. As per muslim law, expressing Talak three times by oral pronouncement or in writing through a talaknama, the marriage can be dissolved

he get married in may 2012. She had some mental problems but their parents not inform this before marriage. and they warned that if he apply for divorce they put him on jail for life long... how he can divorce his wife? and how he canget out of this case after divorce? How much time it takes please explain..

In this time( I Mean 498 A & other cases on me) i can say talak & i dissolve my marriage by talaknama. But how can i get out of this case...in this time if i done talaknama the marriage can be dissolved or not? Plzzz clarify?
