Delay in completion of joint development project by builder/developer.

What action can the landowner initiate against the builder/developer, if the latter fails to complete the project within stipulated period as per JDA and POA. Also in case the builder/developer violates the terms and conditions of JDA by the builder in west bengal

It is always safer and better to buy projects registered under RERA. With RERA, your rights as a buyer are protected from fraudulent behavior by unethical real estate developers. Homebuyers pay only for the RERA carpet area, and builders cannot charge for the super built-up area.
