Case filed by wife ... it is ongoing ... interim maintenance petition filed by wife thrown out on prima facie. Husband paying adequate amount to wife, but now wife has closed her account into which husband was transferring monthly amount .. what's the way out? I know it is paradoxical that maintenance is asked for and money is refused by closing account .. but that's the way it is .. any idea on the motive for doing this?

no need to prempt.. u can pay the cheque/draft in court.. this will show ur bonafide also.
