Court as issued injunction order for both parties, how?

Hi,

Please anyone clear my doubt?

My dad bought a 30*40 site in the year 2000 From "A". And in 2006 the previous owner "A" who sold to us, also sold to other party in cent basis.

Now we constructing a house the other party is troubling and we got an injection order for the site. Now other party also showing an injunction order on my dad name in some other case name.

How is it possible and what is the solution for this.
