My dad bought a land in 1983 and after his death myself and my sister are the owner of that land by the law of inheritence. But when we tried to perform the mutation we found that the BLOR record is not matching with the deed. We need to correct the deed for this reason. My speciofic question is if we not able to find the seller then what is the legal step that we need to tkae in order to correct the deed. Please help.
